HR Support for your Business

General Provisions

  • Services included in the subscriptions are as detailed in the respective package descriptions. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded but may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed each calendar month unless either party provides written notice of termination or non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.

  • Fees are due in advance of service delivery. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each billing period and are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the subscription.

  • The Consultant's liability under these subscriptions is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services from which the claim arose. The Consultant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Consultant is located, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

  • Any changes to the terms of the subscription must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

  • SHE HR Consulting's liability in connection with the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific recruitment project. SHE HR Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • This agreement and any disputes arising out of the services provided shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SHE HR Consulting operates.

Standard HR Subscription

  • Zoom check-ins are limited to one hour per session.

  • The HR hotline is available during standard business hours, with a cap of 2 hours of support per month.

  • Requests for additional HR project work are subject to consultant availability and will be billed at $175 per hour.

Enhanced HR Subscription

  • Clients receive a 20% discount on standard rates for additional project work. Priority scheduling ensures quicker commencement of projects.

  • The HR hotline is available during standard business hours, with a cap of 8 hours of support per month.

  • Comprehensive HR audits are conducted bi-annually.

  • Policy development and review services are limited to one policy per month.

  • Assistance with HR technology is advisory.

  • Recommendations for EAP services do not include the costs of the EAP provider, which are borne by the Client.

Premium HR Subscription

  • Quarterly reviews are scheduled in advance and are limited to 8 hours per session.

  • Up to 8 hours per month of conflict resolution and mediation services are included. Additional hours are billed at a discounted rate of $150 per hour.

  • Assistance in DEI strategy development includes initial assessment and two policies development per month.

  • Clients receive a 30% discount on standard rates for additional project work. Priority scheduling ensures quicker commencement of projects.

  • The HR hotline is available during standard business hours, with a cap of 8 hours of support per month.

Build with SHE HR

  • The "Build with SHE HR" package includes a comprehensive review and enhancement of HR practices, development of workplace standards, comprehensive policy development, employment contract tailoring, and clarification of roles and expectations as detailed in the package description.

  • The total cost for the services is $12,500 +GST. A 50% deposit is required upon signing this agreement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the services. Final payment is due within 14 days of the completion invoice. Services are to be completed within 12 weeks of deposit being paid unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the consultation process confidential. SHE HR Consulting will not disclose any proprietary client information without prior consent, except as required by law.

  • All materials, including policies, contracts, and job descriptions developed during the engagement, will be the property of the client. SHE HR Consulting retains the right to use generalised versions of such materials for its portfolio and promotional purposes, with no confidential or proprietary client information disclosed.

  • The services outlined in the package are considered complete upon the delivery of the final set of documents and policies to the client, and acknowledgment of satisfaction by the client.

  • If the client wishes to cancel the service after engagement but before completion, a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be applied. If services are more than 50% completed, the full remaining balance will be due.

  • Any changes to the agreed scope of services or additional requests outside the initial package inclusions will be subject to additional charges. Such amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • SHE HR Consulting's liability is limited to the total cost paid by the client for the package. SHE HR Consulting is not liable for any indirect damages or losses incurred by the client.

Navigate with SHE HR

  • The total cost for the services is $6,650 +GST. Payment is required in two instalments: 50% upfront upon engagement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the service. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt.

  • The client may select one of the service options listed under "Service Options" for the stated cost. Additional services requested will incur extra charges, agreed upon in advance.

Grow with SHE HR

  • This agreement covers the end-to-end recruitment process as outlined in the package inclusions. Services provided include initial consultation & job design, job ad placement & administration, candidate screening, interview support, and reference checks.

  • The service is provided at a fixed fee of $4,850 +GST. Payment terms are 50% upfront upon engagement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the recruitment process. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.

  • SHE HR Consulting commits to adhering to current industrial relations throughout the recruitment cycle to mitigate legal risks and ensure a compliant hiring process.

  • Should the client decide to cancel the service before completion, a cancellation fee of 25% of the unpaid balance will apply. If the recruitment process is in the final stages (post-interview), the full fee will be charged.

Thrive with SHE HR

  • This agreement pertains to the "Thrive with SHE HR" package, aimed at enhancing HR capabilities within the client's organisation. Services include conducting an engagement survey, developing a capability framework, and designing a performance management process.

  • The total cost for the package is $16,650 +GST. A payment of 50% is required upon signing the agreement, with the balance due upon completion of the services. All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • SHE HR Consulting will implement a comprehensive engagement survey to assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels. The client agrees to provide necessary access and support for the effective administration of the survey.

  • SHE HR Consulting will collaborate with the client to develop a detailed capability framework. The client agrees to provide relevant information and feedback as needed to accurately define role requirements and organisational goals.

  • A customised performance management system will be designed, including mechanisms for goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance appraisals. The client is responsible for implementing the system with ongoing support from SHE HR Consulting.

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. SHE HR Consulting will not disclose any client-specific information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

  • If the client wishes to cancel the service after commencement but before completion, a cancellation fee of 25% of the unpaid balance will be charged. Cancellations must be provided in writing.

HR Support for you

General Provisions

  • All personal information and professional discussions between the consultant and the client will be kept confidential.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • Clients can cancel or reschedule services with at least 36 hours notice without incurring additional fees.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 36 hours notice may incur a fee of 5%

  • Due to the customised nature of the services, refunds are not available once the service has commenced.

  • Refund requests made prior to the commencement of services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administration fee.

  • Materials provided during the service are for the client's personal use and may not be distributed or reproduced without prior written consent from SHE HR Consulting.

  • SHE HR Consulting aims to provide high-quality career support services but cannot guarantee job acquisition as outcomes depend on various external factors.

  • HR Support for You is an advisory service and is in no way responsible for any specific outcomes to the individual utilising the services provided.

Launch

  • The cost for the "Launch" package will be $525 +GST

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure the service.

  • Payments are accepted via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Advance

  • The cost for the "Advance" package will be $1,250 +GST

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to secure the service.

  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the commencement of the first coaching session.

  • Clients are required to complete an initial assessment to ensure the package aligns with their specific needs and goals.

  • The package includes a one-on-one coaching session, this session will last 1 hour. Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times and may be conducted in-person, via phone, or through video conferencing platforms.

  • Clients will participate in a single practice interview as part of the package, this session will be designed to mimic real interview scenarios relevant to the client’s target industry or role.

  • Constructive feedback will be provided after each session to identify areas for improvement.

Support

  • This agreement outlines the provision of the "Support Package," which includes pre-meeting preparation, meeting attendance, and post-meeting debrief to offer professional support for employees during critical workplace meetings.

  • The service is provided at a fixed cost of $575 +GST. Payment is required upfront upon agreement to engage SHE HR Consulting services. Payment must be made in full within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • SHE HR Consulting and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared and discussed throughout the service provision. The support person will uphold the highest standards of privacy and discretion.

  • Pre-Meeting Preparation: Includes a (1 hour) briefing session to understand the meeting context and prepare the employee.

  • Meeting Attendance: Involves providing support during the meeting, including note-taking and emotional reassurance.

  • Post-Meeting Debrief: A (1 hour) session to review the meeting's outcomes and discuss next steps.

  • SHE HR Consulting ensures that the employee's rights are upheld during all meetings, contributing to a fair and transparent process.

  • The support person acts as an observer and advisor, not as a legal representative. They may provide emotional support, clarify questions, and ensure procedural fairness but will not advocate or speak on behalf of the employee.

  • If the service is cancelled by the client within 7 days of the scheduled meeting, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged. Notification of cancellation must be provided in writing.

  • SHE HR Consulting's liability is limited to the provision of support person services as described. SHE HR Consulting is not liable for the outcomes of the meetings or decisions made by the employing organisation.

HR Health Check

  • HR Health Checks are limited to 30 minutes.

  • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, with payment required upon booking confirmation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Consultations can be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person (if feasible), based on the client's preference and consultant availability.

  • All discussions and advice provided during the session are confidential. SHE HR Consulting commits to safeguarding your information and privacy.

  • The HR Health Check is designed for providing advice and answering specific HR-related questions. It does not include the implementation of recommendations or extended project work.

  • Should further consultation or a deeper engagement be required following the session, arrangements can be made separately at standard consulting rates.

  • SHE HR Consulting's liability is limited to the advice given during the consultation period. Clients are responsible for the implementation of any recommendations provided.
