A values-led practitioner, Chamae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in Media from the University of San Carlos. She applies a creative, systems-informed approach to digital marketing and recruitment support, enabling clear communication, consistent delivery, and effective engagement across platforms. Chamae is based in Cebu, Philippines.
