Sionainn is an experienced business professional, who specialises in HR, People & Culture, Operations, and more, which she has grown across the diverse spectrum of her evolving career.
A passionate expert of her field, Sionainn comes to the industry with both an MBA and Master of Human Resource Management and shares her vast knowledge to contribute to crafting a better future for all. Originally from Kurnai Country, Sionainn currently resides in Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.
Hannah Peart
GENERAL MANAGER
Hannah is an experienced professional in marketing, strategy, operations and communications; all of which she has developed throughout her career across a rich landscape of fields and industries.
Coming to SHE HR with a passion for leadership, people and business, Hannah enriches our quality of work through her MBA, a Bachelor of Arts and experience working with diverse groups and peoples; which defines her ability to interact with different groups efficiently and effectively. Hannah currently resides in Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.
Laura Bouchier
HR CONSULTANT
Laura is an experienced professional in HR administration, talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement and HR systems; all of which she has developed across retail, healthcare and corporate environments.
A curious, values-led practitioner, Laura holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Psychology) from Deakin University, graduating with Distinction. She applies a data-informed approach to improve employee experience and organisational outcomes, and is committed to inclusive, people-centred practice. Laura currently resides in Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.
